does anyone know or have any information on AIDS in Africa?
I am doing a report on AIDS in Africa. I can't find any statistics. Do you know some or where i could find some? Anything would be helpful!!!
The best thing I can tell you is that there is a ton of information on AIDS in Africa. It is where the disease got started. Uganda has made great strides in working with AIDS by using the ABC approach. Abstinence, Be faithful and Condoms. Through such diligence they have made a substantial reduction in AIDS. There is still much work to be done. Tribal practices such as wife inheritance in certain tribes in Kenya still account for some very high rates of AIDS. Early sex and child abuse are other factors. Many grandparents are caring for their grandchildren, whose mother and father have died.
